Role Overview
Fintech growth is increasingly driven by strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaboration. This role is for a commercially driven leader who can identify, build, and scale high-impact partnerships across financial institutions, technology providers, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a fintech partnership strategy, identifying high-value collaboration opportunities
- Build relationships with banks, fintech startups, telecom operators, and e-commerce platforms
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements and integration models
- Drive ecosystem expansion through API-based partnerships and embedded finance solutions
- Monitor partnership performance using revenue, adoption, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to align partnership initiatives with platform capabilities
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to expand market reach and product offerings
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years in fintech, banking, or strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of financial services and digital ecosystems
- Proven experience in building and scaling partnerships
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with embedded finance and platform business models
- Knowledge of regional fintech markets and regulatory environments
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
