Role Overview
This role is intended for a fintech professional who specialises in designing how fintech platforms actually operate at scale. Fully remote and aligned with Oman’s fintech ecosystem, the Head of Operations Design is responsible for engineering operational models, workflows, and execution frameworks that allow digital financial platforms to function efficiently and predictably.
The focus is not people management, but process clarity, operational coherence, and execution discipline.
Primary Responsibilities

Design end-to-end fintech operating models covering transaction flows and service delivery

Engineer scalable workflows for digital financial platforms

Define operational standards, handoffs, and accountability models

Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes for automation and scale

Create detailed operational documentation and playbooks

Support platform scalability through disciplined operational design

Candidate Profile

12–16 years in fintech operations, platform delivery, or financial process engineering
