This role exists to design how fintech platforms grow, expand, and sustain economic relevance. Fully remote and aligned with Oman’s emerging fintech ecosystem, the role focuses on market architecture rather than execution.
The position is not sales, marketing, or operations. It is concerned with structural growth logic, platform economics, and long-term market positioning.
Strategic Responsibilities

Design multi-phase fintech expansion architectures

Define platform economic models and value-capture mechanisms

Analyse adoption curves and user behaviour dynamics

Identify structural barriers to market entry and scaling

Develop long-term growth roadmaps and strategic narratives

Produce executive-grade growth and market intelligence reports
Areas of Ownership

Platform economics and monetisation logic

Market segmentation and prioritisation frameworks

Growth sustainability and expansion risk analysis

Competitive positioning and ecosystem mapping

Long-range fintech adoption strategies
Ideal Profile

10–15 years in fintech strategy, platform growth, or digital finance consulting

Strong analytical and storytelling capability

Experience designing growth strategies across markets

Ability to translate complex systems into clear strategic frameworks

Comfortable operating at senior strategic advisory level
