Role Overview
Fintech platforms are increasingly integrating with capital markets to offer advanced financial products and services. This role is for a strategic leader who can build institutional partnerships and design platforms that connect fintech innovation with capital markets infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with financial institutions, asset managers, and market participants
- Design platforms for structured financial products and investment solutions
- Integrate fintech systems with trading, settlement, and custody platforms
- Optimize product offerings for institutional and high-net-worth clients
- Monitor KPIs such as partnership growth, product adoption, and revenue generation
- Ensure compliance with capital markets regulations and standards
- Drive innovation in financial product structuring and distribution
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- 10+ years in capital markets, fintech, or financial services
- Strong understanding of structured products and institutional finance
- Experience with partnership development and platform integration
- Proven leadership in strategic roles
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with derivatives and structured finance instruments
- Knowledge of market infrastructure and trading systems
- Familiarity with cross-border financial partnerships
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
