We are seeking a Head of Fintech Ecosystem Strategy to design and lead transformative initiatives shaping Saudi Arabia’s digital finance landscape. This role focuses on ecosystem development across digital payments, open banking, capital markets digitalization, and regulatory innovation, aligned with global standards and national priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Develop long-term fintech strategies to support innovation across payments, lending, and investment platforms.

Drive collaboration with regulators, banks, and global fintech innovators to accelerate adoption of API-driven financial infrastructures.

Oversee market studies to identify growth opportunities in embedded finance, digital wallets, and cross-border payments.

Provide executive-level advisory on data governance, cybersecurity, and consumer trust frameworks.

Represent Saudi Arabia’s fintech vision in international forums and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications

12+ years of leadership in fintech strategy, digital banking transformation, or ecosystem development.

Strong understanding of open banking, digital identity, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-border digital finance initiatives.

Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Technology.
