The role is responsible for leading remote operational teams that support fintech platform users, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across digital financial services.
The successful candidate will manage operational processes, develop customer support strategies, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience within fintech platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Operations Management

Lead remote customer support teams responsible for fintech platform users

Develop operational procedures for handling financial service inquiries

Monitor service performance metrics and response times
Digital Banking Support

Assist customers using digital banking platforms and payment services

Resolve issues related to financial transactions or account functionality

Provide guidance on platform features and services
Customer Experience Strategy

Develop initiatives to improve user experience across fintech products

Analyze feedback and support data to identify improvement opportunities

Platform Operations Collaboration

Required Qualifications
