The role does not involve sales management or operational execution. Instead, it defines how fintech platforms create value, achieve adoption, and expand responsibly.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Design commercial and market-entry strategies for fintech platforms

• Analyse user segments, adoption drivers, and growth constraints

• Define pricing logic, monetisation frameworks, and value propositions

• Develop multi-market expansion and scaling strategies

• Identify commercial risks and long-term sustainability challenges

• Produce executive-level commercial strategy reports and growth models

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years in fintech strategy, commercial planning, or digital finance consulting

• Comfortable operating at senior advisory level
