Work Model: Fully Remote | Outcome-Oriented Senior Leadership Role

Role Objective

This role exists to design and implement intelligent financial operations frameworks that leverage automation, analytics, and process engineering to enhance efficiency, transparency, and control within fintech environments. The role is structured around measurable outcomes rather than hierarchical authority.

Aligned with Oman’s growing digital finance capability, the role operates independently and remotely.

Primary Outcome Areas

Operational Intelligence

• Design analytics frameworks for financial operations visibility

• Define metrics for performance, efficiency, and risk exposure

• Establish real-time and periodic reporting models

Automation & Process Engineering

• Identify automation opportunities across financial workflows

• Design rules-based and data-driven operational controls

• Reduce manual dependency through system logic and orchestration

Risk & Control Integration

• Embed controls directly into automated workflows

• Define escalation and exception-handling mechanisms

• Ensure auditability and traceability of all financial processes

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end operational intelligence frameworks

• Design automation blueprints for fintech operations

• Develop performance scorecards and operational dashboards

• Provide senior-level advisory on operational optimization

Candidate Requirements

• 12–18+ years in fintech operations, financial systems, or process engineering

• Strong understanding of transaction behavior and operational risk

• Experience designing automation and analytics frameworks

• Ability to operate autonomously in a senior role
