Head of Financial Intelligence, AI-Driven Risk Systems & Autonomous Compliance – Qatar
Strategic Purpose
This senior remote leadership role is dedicated to the development of AI-driven financial intelligence systems that redefine how risk, compliance, and financial integrity are managed in advanced fintech ecosystems. The role focuses on building autonomous, self-learning platforms capable of real-time decisioning across fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, credit intelligence, and systemic risk detection.
Operating at the frontier of machine learning, data engineering, and financial risk science, the role is central to creating intelligent financial systems that evolve dynamically in response to emerging threats and market behavior.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect AI-native financial intelligence platforms for real-time risk detection and predictive analytics.

Develop advanced behavioral modeling frameworks to identify anomalous financial activity at scale.

Integrate large-scale data pipelines, streaming analytics, and model governance structures.

Technical & Scientific Expertise

Advanced proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling applied to financial data.

Strong command of data architecture, real-time analytics platforms, and model lifecycle management.

Expertise in fraud analytics, AML systems design, and enterprise risk intelligence frameworks.

Leadership Profile

10–15 years of experience in financial intelligence, risk analytics, or AI-driven fintech platforms.
