About This Position
As financial institutions increasingly embrace cloud-native technologies, the need for resilient, secure, and high-performance infrastructure has never been greater. We are seeking an accomplished engineering leader to oversee enterprise cloud operations supporting mission-critical fintech applications.
This role will be responsible for ensuring continuous platform availability, operational resilience, infrastructure automation, and technology modernization while driving engineering excellence across distributed financial systems.
Primary Responsibilities
Platform Operations
- Lead enterprise cloud infrastructure operations.
- Maintain platform reliability and availability.
- Improve infrastructure scalability.
- Optimize operational efficiency.
- Implement proactive monitoring solutions.
Engineering Leadership
- Lead DevSecOps transformation initiatives.
- Establish engineering standards.
- Develop automation frameworks.
- Strengthen disaster recovery capabilities.
- Drive continuous service improvement.
Security & Governance
- Enhance cloud security posture.
- Support compliance initiatives.
- Manage operational risks.
- Oversee infrastructure governance.
- Conduct resilience assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Professional cloud certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or cloud engineering.
- Strong leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
