Strategic Leadership Responsibilities

Define long-term digital wealth product vision and platform roadmap

Oversee the design of investment technology platforms, including portfolio engines, analytics dashboards, and client engagement tools

Lead product governance, prioritization, and lifecycle management across distributed teams

Align financial product architecture with evolving market structures and regulatory expectations

Drive innovation in digital advisory tools, automated investment workflows, and data-driven personalization

Serve as the principal authority on fintech product architecture and market positioning

Candidate Profile

Compensation Structure (Indicative – Qatar Benchmarked)

Base Annual Salary: USD 170,000 – 225,000

Executive Product Leadership Premium: USD 25,000 – 40,000

Annual Performance Bonus: 25% – 35% of base

Long-Term Strategic Incentives: Multi-year outcome-based rewards
