You will shape how individuals interact with financial growth systems over time.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop digital wealth platform strategy and roadmap.
- Design end-to-end customer financial experience frameworks.
- Lead digital investment product innovation initiatives.
- Build customer lifecycle engagement and retention models.
- Establish personalization and segmentation strategies for wealth platforms.
- Improve onboarding, advisory, and investment interaction flows.
- Define performance metrics for digital wealth adoption.
- Evaluate emerging wealth technology and platform solutions.
- Support integration of analytics into customer experience design.
- Drive long-term customer value optimization strategies.
Required Experience
- 9–12 years in fintech, wealth management, banking, investment platforms, or digital financial services.
- Strong experience in customer experience strategy or financial product leadership.
- Exposure to digital transformation in investment or wealth ecosystems.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle economics.
