Role Context

This senior remote role targets a fintech leader specializing in AI-driven wealth management platforms. The position focuses on integrating advanced analytics, digital client engagement, scalable investment technology, and regulatory compliance across the GCC. The incumbent will define strategic roadmaps for AI-enabled investment solutions and drive innovation in digital wealth services for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Strategic Objectives

• Define and implement AI-enabled investment and wealth management frameworks.

• Design multi-asset portfolio systems with automated rebalancing, risk management, compliance, and reporting.

• Enhance client experience through predictive insights, personalized recommendations, digital onboarding, and seamless account servicing.

• Align technology strategy with global best practices in digital wealth, risk management, and data governance.

• Explore innovative investment products and alternative asset classes leveraging AI and analytics.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect scalable digital wealth platforms capable of cross-border operations, multi-currency management, and multi-asset class integration.

• Implement AI and machine learning for portfolio optimization, client behavior analysis, predictive risk management, and decision support.

• Establish comprehensive compliance, data governance, and operational risk control frameworks across all technology layers.

• Lead and mentor distributed teams of engineers, data scientists, analysts, and product managers.

• Partner with business leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives and optimize wealth platform performance.

• Monitor global trends in AI, digital wealth management, and fintech innovation to inform strategic planning.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• 12+ years in digital wealth technology, investment platforms, or fintech strategy leadership.

• Deep expertise in AI applications in finance, portfolio management systems, and investment analytics.

• Proven experience in remote team leadership, large-scale platform deployment, and digital transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, fiduciary responsibilities, and cross-border investment compliance.

• Experience integrating emerging technologies into enterprise-grade financial platforms.
