The Head of Digital Payments Strategy will lead initiatives to modernize and expand digital payment ecosystems across Saudi Arabia. The role requires deep expertise in real-time payments, cross-border settlement, and open banking frameworks, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory and global market standards.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement national-level digital payment strategies supporting financial inclusion and innovation.

Oversee integration of instant payments, mobile wallets, and API-driven platforms.

Collaborate with regulators to align with Saudi Central Bank policies and international payment directives.

Drive adoption of tokenization, contactless solutions, and embedded finance models.

Monitor performance through data-driven KPIs to optimize security, scalability, and user experience.
Qualifications

10+ years in digital payments, fintech strategy, or banking innovation.

Strong knowledge of ISO 20022, EMV standards, and cross-border clearing systems.

Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Technology.
