Your Responsibilities
- Direct enterprise-wide digital banking operations.
- Lead optimization of customer onboarding and account lifecycle management.
- Oversee payment processing, transfers, settlements, and reconciliation activities.
- Strengthen operational resilience and business continuity strategies.
- Collaborate with technology teams on new banking platform deployments.
- Monitor service quality, customer experience, and operational KPIs.
- Enhance AML, KYC, fraud monitoring, and compliance processes.
- Develop automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
- Manage banking vendors and strategic service providers.
- Mentor multidisciplinary operational teams and future leaders.
- Present operational insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- MBA or professional banking certification is advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services operations.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, core banking platforms, treasury operations, and financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
