Head of Digital Asset Strategy & Tokenized Finance Ecosystems

Strategic Overview

A frontier leadership role focused on building and scaling tokenized financial ecosystems, including digital assets, programmable finance, and blockchain-based capital markets infrastructure. This position requires a hybrid of strategic vision, technical depth, and regulatory fluency.

Mission Objectives

To architect and operationalize a fully integrated digital asset ecosystem that enables tokenization of real-world assets, supports decentralized finance (DeFi) integrations, and aligns with emerging regulatory frameworks in the GCC.

Key Areas of Ownership

1. Tokenization Strategy & Asset Digitization

• Design frameworks for tokenizing real estate, commodities, equities, and alternative assets
• Develop issuance protocols for security tokens and asset-backed tokens
• Define custody and settlement models

2. Blockchain Infrastructure & Protocol Design

• Select and implement appropriate blockchain architectures (public, private, hybrid)
• Oversee smart contract development and audit processes
• Ensure scalability, security, and interoperability

3. Regulatory Alignment & Governance

• Engage with regulators to shape digital asset policies and licensing frameworks
• Ensure compliance with securities laws, AML frameworks, and digital asset regulations
• Develop governance models for decentralized systems

4. Ecosystem Development & Partnerships

• Build partnerships with exchanges, custodians, and liquidity providers
• Foster developer ecosystems and innovation labs
• Launch pilot programs for tokenized financial products

Technical & Strategic Requirements

• Expertise in blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.)
• Strong understanding of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1400)
• Experience in DeFi, smart contracts, and digital custody solutions
• Deep knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments

Leadership & Influence

• Act as a thought leader in digital finance transformation
• Advise stakeholders on future of tokenized economies
• Represent initiatives in global fintech forums
