Core Strategic Responsibilities

Define long-term digital asset strategies aligned with institutional finance and market infrastructure development

Design frameworks for custody, asset servicing, settlement, and liquidity provisioning

Evaluate global digital asset market models and adapt best practices to regional regulatory realities

Develop governance structures for asset lifecycle management, risk oversight, and operational resilience

Advise on integration between traditional financial systems and emerging digital asset platforms

Produce executive-level strategy papers and infrastructure blueprints
Required Expertise

12+ years in financial markets, capital markets infrastructure, or digital asset strategy
