Position Overview
The Head of Digital Asset Strategy & Blockchain Innovation will define Qatar’s long-term blockchain and digital asset strategy, ensuring alignment with international fintech developments. The role focuses on advancing tokenization frameworks, smart contract governance, and digital finance interoperability across multiple blockchain layers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy for blockchain adoption, tokenization models, and decentralized finance integration.

Oversee development of digital asset management and custody frameworks.

Collaborate with global fintech bodies on blockchain standardization and innovation programs.

Develop risk and compliance architectures for blockchain-based financial instruments.

Guide R&D initiatives on AI-blockchain convergence for financial intelligence systems.

Promote financial inclusion and infrastructure modernization through digital asset ecosystems.
Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Blockchain Systems, Financial Technology, or Computer Science.

10+ years of progressive experience in blockchain strategy or digital asset management.

Deep understanding of smart contracts, DeFi protocols, and cryptographic trust models.

Strong familiarity with global digital asset regulation and financial innovation trends.
