Strategic Mandate
This role governs the infrastructure layer of digital assets and tokenized financial systems. The Head of Digital Asset Infrastructure will design and oversee platforms enabling tokenized value exchange, digital asset custody frameworks, and programmable financial instruments within a fully institutional-grade fintech environment.
The mandate is not speculative—it is structural, institutional, and infrastructure-driven digital finance.
Core Responsibilities

Architect digital asset infrastructure, including token issuance platforms, custody systems, transaction validation layers, and settlement mechanisms.

Design frameworks for tokenized financial instruments, programmable assets, and digital value lifecycle management.

Establish governance for security architecture, cryptographic controls, and operational risk within digital asset platforms.

Oversee integration between digital asset systems and traditional financial infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across blockchain engineering, systems security, financial operations, and data analytics.

Define long-term strategy for scalable digital asset platforms aligned with institutional adoption requirements.

Engage with regional and international stakeholders on digital asset infrastructure standards and best practices.
Required Executive Profile

12–18 years of experience in fintech infrastructure, digital asset platforms, or advanced financial systems.

Strong technical and conceptual understanding of distributed ledger systems, cryptographic security, and tokenized architectures.

Proven leadership delivering institutional-grade financial platforms.

Ability to balance innovation with systemic stability and long-term scalability.

International fintech exposure is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (Bahrain)

Base Salary: BHD 12,000 – 16,000 per month

Annual Performance Bonus: 30% – 45% of base (linked to infrastructure robustness and platform adoption)
