The Head of Cross-Border Payments, Blockchain Settlements & Compliance Innovation will lead the modernization of multi-currency settlement infrastructures, blockchain-based payment systems, and AI-powered compliance networks, strengthening Kuwait’s influence in global trade and remittance flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee blockchain-enabled cross-border settlement platforms capable of handling fiat, stablecoins, and CBDCs.

• Implement AI-driven compliance frameworks for AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring.

• Lead strategic partnerships with international banks, central banks, and fintech consortia.

• Drive the integration of mobile-first and API-first payment platforms for global scalability.

• Architect digital corridors for remittance, B2B trade finance, and e-commerce ecosystems.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years in payments, blockchain systems, or digital banking innovation.

• Strong expertise in real-time settlements, distributed ledger infrastructures, and compliance technologies.

• Demonstrated success in multi-country fintech transformation programs.
