Role Synopsis
The Head of Cognitive Fintech Analytics & Predictive Intelligence will pioneer the synthesis of machine learning, cognitive computation, and financial analytics within Kuwait’s emerging fintech intelligence layer. This position integrates data-driven insight generation, behavioral econometrics, and AI-driven risk management into one advanced analytics continuum designed for institutional fintech environments.
The candidate will define predictive architectures capable of detecting liquidity anomalies, optimizing credit risk models, and forecasting digital payment dynamics in real-time across decentralized transaction infrastructures.
Primary Mandate

Predictive Modeling: Develop deep learning and probabilistic modeling pipelines to forecast transactional behaviors, credit demand, and digital liquidity fluctuations.

Cognitive Systems Design: Architect AI systems capable of adaptive learning across multi-domain datasets—banking, payments, and capital market signals.

Financial Data Infrastructure: Oversee development of cloud-native, event-driven data ecosystems integrating Kafka, Spark, and TensorFlow pipelines for real-time analytics.

Academic & Professional Requisites

Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, AI, Financial Econometrics, or Computational Systems.

Over 10 years in applied fintech analytics, AI engineering, or digital strategy.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, SQL, and quantitative financial simulation.
