This fully remote leadership position seeks a visionary capable of steering Qatar’s fintech agenda toward multi-sector tokenization and institutional-grade blockchain adoption, setting global benchmarks for resilience, transparency, and scale.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and operationalize enterprise-grade tokenization frameworks for digital bonds, real estate assets, and commodity-backed tokens.

Architect blockchain interoperability models, ensuring seamless integration between Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, and emerging sovereign DLT frameworks.

Spearhead research into programmable money, DeFi-institutional bridges, and smart contract auditing standards.

Partner with regulatory bodies to establish token custody, digital asset taxation, and AML/CFT compliance structures.

Lead strategic foresight initiatives, anticipating the convergence of blockchain with AI, IoT, and ESG-linked financing.
Candidate Profile

10+ years in DLT systems architecture, digital asset tokenization, or blockchain regulation frameworks.

Deep knowledge of Qatar Financial Centre regulatory landscape and familiarity with GCC cross-border fintech directives.

Demonstrated success in scaling enterprise blockchain solutions across capital markets, banking, or sovereign platforms.

Strong thought leadership, with publications, patents, or major contributions to international fintech consortia.
