The Head of Blockchain-Integrated Banking & Trade Finance Innovation will be tasked with modernizing trade settlement ecosystems, embedding blockchain infrastructures, and developing AI-driven compliance architectures to strengthen Oman’s role in the global digital economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of blockchain-enabled trade finance platforms, ensuring efficiency and transparency in cross-border transactions.

• Architect multi-currency liquidity corridors using fiat, stablecoins, and central bank digital currencies.

• Deploy AI-powered digital identity and KYC/AML systems to enhance systemic trust and security.

• Collaborate with international banking consortia and fintech alliances to advance interoperability.

• Oversee the integration of smart contract frameworks for supply chain finance and digital asset-backed lending.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years in digital banking, trade finance, or blockchain technology leadership.

• Expertise in DLT infrastructures, CBDC interoperability, and digital compliance systems.

• Proven record in cross-market digital transformation programs.

• Strong experience with international financial partnerships and regulatory alignment.
