Role Overview
The Head of Blockchain Infrastructure & Tokenized Asset Strategy is responsible for designing, deploying, and governing blockchain-native financial infrastructure across regulated fintech ecosystems. This executive role focuses on tokenized financial instruments, smart contract frameworks, and distributed ledger integration, ensuring platforms operate securely, efficiently, and at institutional-grade scale.
This mandate emphasizes structural design and strategic integration, bridging advanced distributed ledger technology with institutional financial governance, regulatory compliance, and high-volume operational resilience.
The role is suited for a fintech executive who can translate emerging blockchain standards into operationally viable and compliant financial platforms at scale.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect blockchain and tokenization platforms, enabling secure issuance, settlement, and lifecycle management of digital assets.

Oversee smart contract design, deployment, and governance within regulated financial systems.

Establish frameworks for custody, operational risk management, and systemic interoperability.

Lead integration of tokenized finance platforms with traditional banking and payment systems.

Collaborate with regulators and financial institutions to ensure compliance, auditability, and supervisory alignment.

Drive innovation in programmable finance, cross-chain interoperability, and institutional blockchain infrastructure.

Serve as executive authority for digital asset platform integrity, performance, and governance.
Executive Profile & Expertise

15+ years of experience in fintech, blockchain infrastructure, or digital asset platforms.

Deep expertise in distributed ledger technology, cryptographic security, tokenization, and programmable finance.

Proven leadership in deploying institutional-grade blockchain financial platforms.

Strong regulatory literacy and experience interfacing with central banks, financial supervisors, and international standards bodies.

International exposure to blockchain integration with cross-border fintech ecosystems.
Compensation & Salary Structure (Annual – BHD)

Base Salary: BHD 95,000 – 125,000
-
Digital Asset Innovation Bonus: 30% – 50% of base salary

Tokenization & Infrastructure Allowance: BHD 20,000 – 35,000
