Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee blockchain-based trade finance and settlement systems, ensuring interoperability with global banking networks.

• Lead the evolution of digital banking platforms with embedded AI for compliance automation and customer experience optimization.

• Partner with international banks, regulators, and fintech alliances to establish cross-border liquidity corridors.

• Deploy digital identity, e-KYC, and AML/CFT systems powered by blockchain and AI to enhance systemic trust and efficiency.

• Introduce multi-currency clearing systems, integrating both fiat and digital assets for global scalability.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years in blockchain systems, cross-border banking, or fintech transformation.

• Expertise in DLT infrastructures, CBDC interoperability, and trade finance digitization.

• Strong experience in international financial partnerships and technology-driven compliance frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-market fintech transformation strategies.
