Overview
The Remote Head of Blockchain & Digital Asset Strategy will spearhead the development and deployment of blockchain-based financial solutions in Qatar and the broader GCC. The role is tailored for a high-caliber fintech strategist with deep expertise in decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenization, and regulatory-compliant digital asset management.
Key Duties

Lead blockchain strategy initiatives, including tokenization of assets, smart contract development, and decentralized finance infrastructure.

Collaborate with financial regulators, legal advisors, and fintech innovators to create compliant, scalable digital asset solutions.

Design governance frameworks for secure digital asset management and cross-border transaction systems.

Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess adoption, operational efficiency, and risk exposure.

Stay ahead of global trends in blockchain, AI-driven asset management, and regulatory innovations.
Qualifications

10+ years in blockchain, digital finance, or fintech strategy roles.

Strong track record of implementing enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.

In-depth knowledge of GCC regulatory environments, including Qatar Central Bank guidelines.

Proficiency in DeFi protocols, token economics, and digital asset security.
