Role Overview:
We are hiring a Head of AI-Powered Wealth & Investment Solutions to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of AI-driven investment and wealth management platforms. The role demands expertise in predictive analytics, algorithmic trading, and digital wealth management solutions tailored to high-net-worth and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee AI-driven robo-advisory and wealth management platform development.

Design predictive analytics models for portfolio optimization and risk assessment.

Integrate AI solutions with existing investment infrastructure.

Ensure regulatory compliance with Qatar Central Bank and international standards.

Lead cross-functional teams in AI, data science, and finance.

Monitor global AI and fintech innovations to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:

Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; CFA preferred.

12+ years in fintech, wealth management, or AI-based financial solutions.

Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and production deployment of AI models.

Strong understanding of Qatari and international fintech regulations.

Proven executive leadership in innovation-driven fintech environments.
