Position Overview:
A fast-emerging digital wealth platform in Qatar is recruiting a Head of AI-Powered Ethical Investment Intelligence, a hybrid role requiring elite proficiency in machine learning, investor analytics, and Islamic ethical filters. This opportunity allows you to develop a generative AI platform that personalizes investment journeys while ensuring every portfolio adheres to halal standards, ESG compliance, and Gulf-centric ethical protocols.
This remote-first role allows you to shape Qatar’s next-generation wealthtech strategy, equipping family offices, HNWIs, and digital native investors with a personalized, AI-enhanced path to financial well-being.
Responsibilities:

Build and continuously train proprietary AI algorithms that combine behavioral finance, Shariah-compliant screening, ESG heuristics, and GCC investor profiling into real-time investment insights.

Design multi-agent AI models for real-time financial dialogue, NLP-based investor coaching, and automated investment rebalancing suggestions.

Lead development of ethical investment filters for public equities, REITs, crypto-assets, and private placement vehicles, customized to Islamic values and Qatari investor sensitivities.

Oversee deployment of machine learning models into secure, cloud-native data architectures with real-time dashboards for advisors and clients.

Ensure compliance with Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) and QCB digital investment guidelines, coordinating with regulatory stakeholders to embed AI ethics and data privacy compliance.
Required Background:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Quantitative Finance, Ethical Systems Design, or Computational Behavioral Economics.

10+ years in investment analytics, robo-advisory product design, or AI in wealth management—preferably with a GCC clientele.

Deep experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn), data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and MLOps environments.

Prior exposure to Shariah screening mechanisms, such as those by AAOIFI, MSCI Islamic Indexes, or regional fatwa boards.

Familiarity with Qatar’s capital markets, family office investment culture, and state-driven sovereign investment mandates.

Strong written and verbal communication skills across multi-lingual environments.
