Role Synopsis
An elite opportunity exists for a Head of AI-Driven WealthTech Innovation, responsible for building transformative investment solutions that align with Qatar’s vision for a knowledge-based digital economy. The successful candidate will design AI-powered wealth management systems capable of redefining private banking and institutional asset management.
Primary Duties

Lead the conceptualization and deployment of algorithmic trading engines, robo-advisors, and predictive investment analytics tailored to HNWIs and sovereign wealth institutions.

Develop proprietary machine learning models for portfolio optimization, ESG scoring, and risk-adjusted return maximization.

Spearhead initiatives to tokenize real estate, infrastructure, and alternative investments, ensuring regulatory compatibility with Qatari authorities.

Architect cloud-native wealth management platforms with embedded cybersecurity protocols adhering to zero-trust frameworks.

Establish international collaborations with quantitative research labs and fintech accelerators to foster continuous innovation.
Candidate Profile

12+ years’ leadership experience in WealthTech, Asset Management, or Quantitative Finance.

Strong academic background in AI, Data Science, or Computational Finance.

Demonstrable achievements in AI model deployment at enterprise scale, preferably in fintech contexts.

Global exposure in regulatory landscapes, cross-border wealth structuring, and digital asset governance.
