Role Overview
The Head of AI-Driven Wealth Management Solutions will lead the innovation, development, and commercialization of artificial intelligence-enabled portfolio management tools, digital advisory platforms, and predictive analytics engines for high-net-worth and retail investors across Qatar. This role will bridge quantitative finance, advanced data science, and customer-centric product design to deliver highly personalized, performance-optimized investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI-powered investment algorithms capable of adaptive asset allocation, risk-adjusted portfolio optimization, and market anomaly detection.

Lead the creation of robo-advisory platforms offering hyper-personalized investment recommendations.

Integrate alternative data sources, including ESG metrics, sentiment analysis, and macroeconomic indicators, into predictive investment models.

Oversee real-time portfolio monitoring systems with automated rebalancing capabilities.

Collaborate with wealth managers, private banks, and regulatory bodies to align AI-driven investment offerings with compliance standards.

Implement explainable AI frameworks to enhance transparency and client trust in AI-based recommendations.

Establish data governance policies ensuring ethical AI usage and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications & Experience

Master’s or PhD in Financial Engineering, Data Science, or Quantitative Finance.

10+ years in wealth management or investment banking, with 5+ years in AI/ML-driven solutions.

Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.

Strong understanding of GCC investment market structures, asset classes, and wealth distribution trends.

Track record of delivering commercially successful fintech investment products.
