Role Overview
The Head of AI-Driven Fintech Analytics & Predictive Risk will build Bahrain’s intelligence-driven fintech infrastructure. The role combines quantitative finance, machine learning, and digital payments strategy to forecast, monitor, and optimize financial behavior across institutions, retail channels, and cross-border payment systems.
The executive will define predictive models for risk, liquidity, and consumer behavior, enabling data-driven decision-making across Bahrain’s fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Develop predictive risk models using AI, machine learning, and stochastic simulation.

Architect real-time analytics pipelines for payment flows, credit risk, and transaction monitoring.

Implement adaptive regulatory compliance systems using RegTech and AI.

Collaborate with banks, fintech companies, and regulators to harmonize data standards and predictive frameworks.

Provide strategic insight into digital asset adoption, liquidity optimization, and emerging payment technologies.
Qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance, Data Science, or Applied Economics.

10+ years in fintech analytics, AI-driven risk management, or financial strategy.

Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, and large-scale data architecture.

Knowledge of GCC financial regulations and cross-border payment standards.
