Overview
Saudi Arabia is accelerating its digital transformation agenda, with AI and regulatory technology (RegTech) forming a central pillar of its fintech ecosystem. We are seeking a Remote Head of AI-Driven Financial Intelligence & Regulatory Technology to lead cross-market initiatives in advanced compliance automation, behavioral analytics, and intelligent financial ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Build AI-driven systems to automate AML/KYC processes and enhance compliance with Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) guidelines.

Develop predictive models for credit scoring, portfolio optimization, and financial risk profiling.

Implement data-driven fraud detection frameworks with machine learning algorithms that adapt in real-time.

Collaborate with global standards bodies to align RegTech initiatives with G20 and Basel Committee protocols.

Drive integration of AI into capital markets, insurance, and Islamic finance (where relevant) to optimize risk controls.
Qualifications

12+ years of experience in financial technology, RegTech, or AI-driven analytics.

Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and advanced data science applications in finance.

Strong academic grounding in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or Quantitative Finance.

Experience in navigating complex regulatory environments across GCC and global markets.
