Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 12+ years of leadership experience within fintech, banking, or digital financial services.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation projects.
- Exceptional strategic planning and commercial leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking technologies.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
