Role Overview

This role is crafted for a fintech executive with deep expertise in digital asset infrastructure, tokenized financial instruments, and programmable financial platforms. Strategically aligned with Sharjah’s growing innovation ecosystem, the position supports the design of institutional-grade digital asset systems serving GCC and international markets.

You will lead the development of secure, compliant, and scalable digital asset platforms, bridging traditional finance architecture with next-generation distributed systems.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Architect digital asset custody, settlement, and lifecycle management platforms for institutional and advanced fintech use cases.

• Design tokenization frameworks for real-world assets, financial instruments, and programmable value flows.

• Lead integration between traditional banking systems and digital asset infrastructure.

• Establish security models covering key management, transaction authorization, and operational resilience.

• Develop governance structures for digital asset platforms aligned with evolving GCC regulatory expectations.

• Oversee cross-functional collaboration between blockchain engineers, fintech architects, and legal advisors.

• Drive long-term platform scalability, interoperability, and international expansion readiness.

Professional & Technical Requirements

• 10+ years in fintech, digital finance, or financial infrastructure leadership.

• Advanced understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and distributed ledger systems.

• Experience designing institutional-grade custody, settlement, and asset servicing platforms.

• Strong grasp of cross-border financial operations, risk controls, and regulatory alignment.

• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives in a fully remote, multinational environment.

• Exceptional strategic thinking with hands-on architectural depth.

Compensation & Engagement

• Monthly Range: USD 16,000 – 24,000
