The Opportunity
A multinational fintech investment group is expanding its regional presence and seeks a highly accomplished Group Vice President – FinTech Growth, Venture Capital & Strategic Alliances to identify emerging fintech opportunities, lead strategic investments, and build partnerships that drive long-term enterprise value.
This executive position combines venture investing, ecosystem development, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions support, and international business expansion, offering a unique opportunity to influence the future of financial innovation across the GCC.
Strategic Responsibilities
Investment & Growth
- Source high-potential fintech investment opportunities.
- Evaluate strategic acquisition prospects.
- Develop corporate venture initiatives.
- Lead innovation portfolio management.
Strategic Partnerships
- Build alliances with financial institutions and technology companies.
- Negotiate cross-border commercial agreements.
- Strengthen investor relationships.
- Expand international business networks.
Executive Leadership
- Advise the Executive Committee on growth strategy.
- Lead multidisciplinary investment teams.
- Represent the organization at global investment and fintech forums.
- Mentor future executive leaders.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, Financial Technology, or Corporate Strategy.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience.
- Strong venture capital, private equity, fintech, or banking background.
- Proven commercial negotiation expertise.
- Outstanding strategic thinking and leadership capability.
