Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise growth strategies for digital financial services.
- Lead AI-enabled banking modernization programmes.
- Direct cross-border payment and financial infrastructure initiatives.
- Build executive roadmaps for technology investment and innovation.
- Establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions, regulators, and technology providers.
- Oversee enterprise transformation governance and operational excellence.
- Drive customer-centric innovation across digital financial products.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive committees and board members.
- Mentor senior leadership teams across multiple business functions.
- Represent the organization at international financial technology forums.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Executive Master’s qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or enterprise technology.
- Proven expertise delivering enterprise transformation programmes.
- Outstanding strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills.
