This organization is building intelligent transaction ecosystems integrating AI-powered payment intelligence, cloud-native banking infrastructure, enterprise API orchestration platforms, predictive customer financial analytics, digital wallet interoperability systems, real-time settlement environments, and adaptive operational finance frameworks supporting multinational financial institutions and enterprise commerce networks.
The role is engineered for elite fintech transformation professionals capable of combining enterprise innovation strategy, operational scalability engineering, intelligent financial infrastructure modernization, and customer-centric digital finance ecosystems into highly adaptive next-generation platforms.
The selected executive will oversee enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across banking ecosystems, payment operations, transaction intelligence infrastructure, and digital customer engagement environments.
Strategic Role Overview
The Group Head of Fintech Innovation & Digital Transaction Ecosystems will supervise enterprise digital finance transformation involving payment modernization infrastructure, customer financial engagement systems, operational intelligence environments, and institutional transaction scalability ecosystems.
This role combines fintech executive leadership, enterprise modernization strategy, operational transformation governance, and intelligent finance innovation.

- Build enterprise interoperability frameworks connecting banks, payment gateways, merchants, and financial platforms
- Coordinate operational resilience strategies protecting digital transaction continuity and infrastructure reliability
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams
- Strengthen enterprise customer engagement and financial interaction ecosystems
- Improve cloud-native financial infrastructure scalability and operational efficiency
- Conduct enterprise modernization planning and strategic fintech transformation analysis
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future digital finance ecosystems
- Supervise enterprise operational governance and transaction visibility modernization initiatives
- Mentor multidisciplinary innovation and infrastructure modernization teams
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 10–18 years of experience in fintech modernization, enterprise banking transformation, or digital finance ecosystems
- Strong expertise in transaction infrastructure and operational finance modernization
- Deep understanding of cloud-native financial platforms and enterprise interoperability systems
- Experience leading multinational fintech transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with operational resilience engineering and financial infrastructure governance
- Exceptional executive leadership and strategic communication capabilities
- GCC banking or fintech modernization exposure strongly preferred
