This organization is building intelligent digital trade ecosystems integrating blockchain-enabled transaction verification, AI-powered trade risk analytics, automated invoice financing, digital documentation orchestration, and cross-border settlement modernization into a unified enterprise platform.
The role is engineered for fintech leaders capable of transforming conventional trade finance operations into highly automated, data-driven, and globally interconnected financial ecosystems supporting importers, exporters, logistics providers, manufacturers, financial institutions, and international commerce corridors.
Strategic Position Overview
The Group Director will oversee enterprise-scale transformation programs involving digital trade finance infrastructure, supply chain payment ecosystems, real-time trade settlement environments, and intelligent financial risk monitoring systems.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of fintech infrastructure modernization, enterprise transaction systems, logistics finance integration, and global commerce innovation.

- Oversee blockchain-enabled document authentication and trade verification systems.
- Implement scalable API ecosystems connecting financial institutions, logistics providers, and enterprise trade platforms.
- Coordinate cloud-native modernization initiatives involving trade transaction orchestration systems.
- Strengthen operational governance and transaction transparency across trade finance ecosystems.
- Collaborate with compliance teams on international trade regulations and digital financial governance frameworks.
- Guide strategic partnerships involving logistics operators, payment networks, and enterprise trade ecosystems.
- Supervise enterprise analytics environments supporting trade performance optimization and liquidity forecasting.
- Mentor multidisciplinary engineering, analytics, operations, and financial product teams.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, International Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Banking Systems, or related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience across trade finance, fintech infrastructure, digital payments, or enterprise financial operations.
- Strong expertise in supply chain finance ecosystems, digital trade operations, and cross-border settlement systems.
- Deep understanding of blockchain-enabled financial verification and enterprise transaction governance.
- Experience leading large-scale fintech modernization and trade infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud-native financial systems and AI-driven operational analytics.
- Exceptional strategic leadership and executive communication capabilities.
- GCC or international trade finance ecosystem exposure highly preferred.
