To lead this transformative frontier, the organization is seeking a Group Chief Innovation Officer – Digital Assets, Tokenization & Next-Gen Financial Products.
This role sits at the convergence of financial engineering, product innovation, and advanced technology—responsible for defining how digital assets reshape the structure of modern financial markets.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Asset Strategy & Innovation
- Define long-term strategy for digital asset ecosystems.
- Identify opportunities for tokenization across asset classes.
- Develop frameworks for fractional ownership and liquidity enhancement.
- Drive innovation in digital financial products and services.
Product Development & Financial Engineering
- Oversee creation of tokenized financial instruments.
- Design structures for digital asset issuance and lifecycle management.
- Integrate trading, settlement, and custody into product frameworks.
- Ensure scalability of digital asset platforms.
Market Infrastructure & Ecosystem Development
- Build infrastructure supporting digital asset markets.
- Enable interoperability between traditional and digital financial systems.
- Support partnerships across financial institutions and technology providers.
- Drive adoption of tokenized products across markets.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure alignment with financial regulations governing digital assets.
- Implement risk management frameworks for new financial products.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of digital asset operations.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and compliance teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Technology.
- 12+ years of experience in fintech, capital markets, or financial innovation.
- Strong expertise in digital assets and tokenization.
- Experience leading complex product development initiatives.
- Proven executive leadership capabilities.
