Role Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Group Chief Digital Finance Transformation Officer to lead the restructuring of digital banking ecosystems, AI-powered customer platforms, and blockchain settlement infrastructures across Saudi Arabia’s expanding financial sector. This role requires a leader capable of bridging global innovation frameworks with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory priorities, ensuring sustainable growth in the Kingdom’s digital economy.
Core Responsibilities

Architect and implement cloud-first banking transformation frameworks, enabling fully digital onboarding, customer lifecycle management, and advanced payments systems.

Spearhead adoption of blockchain-based settlement infrastructures for trade finance and domestic remittances.

Integrate AI-driven customer intelligence systems to optimize lending, risk analysis, and personalized wealth solutions.

Partner with Saudi regulators, fintech consortiums, and international stakeholders to align with Vision 2030 digital finance priorities.

Establish innovation labs for next-generation fintech prototypes, including CBDC use cases and quantum-ready payment systems.
Key Qualifications

12+ years in digital banking, fintech product innovation, or executive transformation leadership.

Expertise in cloud banking, distributed ledger technologies, and AI financial platforms.

Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s financial regulations and GCC cross-border payment frameworks.
