To lead this transformation, the organization is seeking a Group Chief Architect – Unified Payments, Lending & Financial Orchestration Platforms.
This role is responsible for defining how disparate financial systems interact as a synchronized whole—ensuring that orchestration replaces fragmentation, and that every transaction flows through a highly optimized, policy-driven system.
Core Responsibilities
Financial Orchestration Architecture
- Design a unified orchestration layer for payments, lending, and financial services.
- Build rule-based and event-driven systems for transaction coordination.
- Enable intelligent routing of financial operations across multiple services.
- Integrate risk, compliance, and settlement logic into orchestration workflows.
- Ensure seamless interoperability across financial modules.
Enterprise Platform Engineering
- Define scalable architecture for enterprise fintech platforms.
- Oversee integration of core banking, payment gateways, and credit systems.
- Optimize system performance across distributed environments.
- Ensure resilience and fault tolerance across all services.
Real-Time Decisioning Systems
- Embed decision engines for credit scoring and transaction approvals.
- Enable dynamic pricing, risk-based routing, and liquidity optimization.
- Integrate real-time analytics into financial workflows.
- Support automated financial operations at scale.
Governance & System Integrity
- Establish architectural governance standards.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and frameworks.
- Maintain auditability and traceability of financial operations.
- Mitigate systemic risks across interconnected platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Systems Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in fintech or enterprise financial architecture.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems and orchestration platforms.
- Proven leadership in complex system integration projects.
- Deep understanding of payment and lending systems.
