Job Overview
Grand Executive Director – Sovereign Digital Finance Infrastructure & Transaction Orchestration
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Engagement Model: Full-Time | Supreme Infrastructure Leadership
Primary Domain: Core Fintech | Digital Finance Infrastructure | Transaction Orchestration
Strategic Mandate
This role is established to define, govern, and continuously evolve the structural foundations of sovereign-scale digital finance infrastructure. The Grand Executive Director will hold ultimate accountability for how financial value is initiated, authenticated, routed, processed, settled, reconciled, and recorded across complex, high-velocity fintech ecosystems.
The mandate is deliberately long-horizon and architectural in nature. It requires stewardship over transaction orchestration logic, infrastructure modularity, systemic resilience, and future-proof platform evolution, ensuring digital finance infrastructure remains scalable, intelligible, and durable over decades rather than product cycles.
Scope of Authority & Responsibilities
-
Define and own the end-to-end transaction orchestration architecture, covering initiation layers, processing cores, settlement engines, and reconciliation frameworks.
-
Establish executive doctrines governing transaction finality, systemic latency tolerance, throughput ceilings, and failure containment.
-
Oversee interoperability strategies enabling seamless interaction between domestic platforms, regional rails, and cross-border financial ecosystems.
-
Lead multi-year infrastructure transformation roadmaps addressing modernization, capacity expansion, and architectural renewal.
-
Set standards for platform modularity, extensibility, and long-term maintainability.
-
Act as final authority on infrastructure risk exposure, performance degradation thresholds, and systemic sustainability.
Executive Profile
-
20–25+ years in fintech infrastructure leadership, transaction systems governance, or large-scale financial platform engineering.
-
Demonstrated experience overseeing mission-critical, always-on digital finance infrastructures.
-
Deep technical mastery of transaction lifecycles, settlement mechanics, distributed systems, and fault-tolerant architecture.
-
Ability to operate fluently across technical depth, executive governance, and strategic financial stewardship.
-
Proven capacity to guide infrastructure across long-term, multi-decade horizons.
Compensation Structure (Saudi Arabia)
-
Base Salary: SAR 75,000 – 100,000 per month
-
Annual Executive Incentive: 40% – 60% of base salary
-
Long-Term Incentive: Multi-year infrastructure stability and performance awards
-
Executive Benefits: Premium housing allowance, elite healthcare, international education support, relocation and annual executive travel package
