Strategic Mandate
This role exists to design and govern the interconnection layers that allow independent fintech systems to operate as a unified financial fabric. The Grand Director will define how protocols, interfaces, and federation logic enable secure, efficient, and durable interaction between disparate digital finance platforms.
The mandate is architectural and strategic, focusing on protocol discipline, interface coherence, and federation durability, ensuring fintech systems scale as coordinated networks rather than fragmented silos.
Scope of Authority & Responsibilities

Define and govern fintech interconnection architectures, including protocol standards, interface contracts, and federation logic.

Establish executive doctrines for system-to-system trust, data exchange, and value-flow coordination.

Oversee interoperability between transaction platforms, digital finance infrastructures, and ecosystem participants.

Define KPIs covering interconnection efficiency, protocol stability, and federation resilience.

Lead multi-year evolution roadmaps for system federation and interoperability scalability.

Act as final authority on protocol integrity, interconnection risk, and ecosystem coherence.
Executive Profile

17–24+ years in fintech interoperability, platform federation, or financial systems architecture.

Proven experience coordinating multi-platform digital finance ecosystems.

Strong understanding of protocol design, interface governance, and system federation models.

Ability to balance architectural purity with practical scalability.

Global perspective on interconnected financial systems.
Compensation Structure (Qatar)

Base Salary: QAR 65,000 – 92,000 per month

Annual Executive Incentive: 35% – 55% of base salary
