Role Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Architect national-scale digital payment integration layers that unify real-time payments, tokenized money operations, and multi-rail settlement infrastructures across Saudi Arabia’s financial ecosystem.

• Lead the consolidation of diverse payments technologies into a unified API-driven architecture, ensuring interoperability across banks, fintechs, digital wallets, and cross-border corridors.

• Implement next-generation fraud-intelligence engines using behavioural analytics, anomaly-detection models, and high-frequency data-stream monitoring.

• Design sovereign-grade data-governance frameworks that support encrypted compute, federated access control, and advanced GDPR-aligned privacy layers.

• Direct multi-cloud migration strategies, resilience engineering programs, and cyber-hardening initiatives for mission-critical payment platforms.

• Produce long-range strategic roadmaps detailing platform evolution cycles, ecosystem expansion pathways, regulatory harmonization, and cross-industry collaboration models.

Required Expertise

• 15+ years in payments architecture, enterprise fintech integration, or digital financial infrastructure engineering.

• Advanced mastery of ISO 20022, payment orchestration engines, open-banking frameworks, and cross-border remittance technologies.

• Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory structures and GCC compliance frameworks.
