Role Vision
The Global Head will lead the creation and scaling of digital wealth management platforms, including robo-advisory engines, AI-based portfolio analytics, and automated investment management systems.
The role demands deep expertise in WealthTech, client engagement strategies, and investment analytics, ensuring platforms deliver personalized, intelligent, and scalable investment solutions to diverse client segments.
Strategic Responsibilities
1. Wealth Management Platform Development

Architect modular, secure, and scalable digital wealth platforms

Integrate portfolio management, automated trading, and advisory modules

Ensure seamless customer experience across digital channels
2. AI-Driven Investment Analytics

Build predictive AI/ML models for portfolio optimization

Implement risk-adjusted investment strategies and automated rebalancing

Monitor performance analytics for client reporting and compliance
3. Client Engagement & Personalization

Design client-centric dashboards and digital engagement channels

Leverage analytics to provide personalized investment recommendations

Monitor client satisfaction, adoption, and retention metrics
Technology & Ecosystem

Cloud-based robo-advisory platforms

AI/ML engines for predictive portfolio management

Secure encrypted client data systems

Regulatory Alignment
All platforms must comply with Central Bank of Bahrain regulations, ensuring adherence to investment standards, data privacy, and fiduciary obligations.
Candidate Profile

18–22 years in digital wealth management, investment analytics, or fintech platforms

Expertise in AI-driven portfolio systems, robo-advisory, and client engagement

Proven ability to lead cross-functional global teams

Strong knowledge of GCC wealth management regulations
