Position Overview
The Global Head of Tokenized Payments Architecture & Digital Asset Systems will lead the conceptualization and deployment of an integrated tokenized payments network, enabling multi-currency interoperability, programmable financial assets, and real-time cross-border settlements.
This position will focus on architecting blockchain-based digital payment ecosystems that align with international compliance frameworks, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and institutional-grade security.
Primary Responsibilities

Lead the design of multi-chain tokenized payment frameworks incorporating blockchain-based identity, smart contracts, and programmable money.

Oversee the integration of AI-driven liquidity engines for real-time settlement optimization.

Develop cross-border digital asset rails connecting regional payment systems and global clearing networks.

Collaborate with digital regulators to establish standardized governance models for tokenized financial instruments.

Direct the deployment of decentralized infrastructure ensuring regulatory alignment, data integrity, and transaction transparency.

Implement digital wallet frameworks that support both institutional and retail-level tokenized payment adoption.
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 15 years in fintech infrastructure, blockchain systems, or digital asset payments.

Proven record of architecting cross-border or tokenized payment frameworks.

Advanced degree in Blockchain Technology, Systems Architecture, or Digital Finance.

Deep understanding of GCC payment ecosystems, digital asset compliance, and settlement network integration.
