Role Overview

The Global Head will drive Qatar’s transition toward AI-powered wealth management, building scalable platforms that integrate advanced analytics, digital advisory, and hyper-personalized investment solutions for both institutional and retail segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Qatar’s strategic roadmap for robo-advisory, algorithmic trading, and personalized wealthtech ecosystems.

• Integrate ESG, behavioral finance, and predictive analytics into investment platforms.

• Lead collaborations with global capital markets and AI research institutions to scale adoption.

• Define ethical AI frameworks ensuring transparency, fairness, and trust in digital advisory models.

• Champion partnerships with cloud providers and data hubs to accelerate innovation pipelines.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in wealth management, fintech, or AI-driven advisory services.

• Expertise in quantitative finance, big data analytics, and digital portfolio optimization.

• Advanced credentials (CFA, FRM, or PhD in Finance/AI preferred).

• Global exposure with proven ability to scale fintech products across multiple jurisdictions.
