Position Summary
As Oman pursues its vision for a diversified and resilient economy, the integration of sustainability into fintech ecosystems is paramount. The Global Head of Sustainable Fintech Strategy & Green Digital Finance Systems will define and operationalize frameworks that embed ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into financial technologies, creating a new generation of responsible, data-driven financial services.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of ESG-integrated financial platforms supporting sustainable lending, green asset tokenization, and carbon credit digitalization.

Build climate data intelligence models for institutional investors, enabling transparent risk assessments and sustainable investment decisions.

Establish blockchain-based ESG verification systems to enhance transparency in sustainability-linked financial instruments.

Develop strategic partnerships with regional and international regulators to align green fintech frameworks with global standards.

Drive ecosystem collaboration across renewable energy finance, sustainable banking, and digital asset management sectors.
Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in sustainable finance, fintech innovation, or ESG analytics.

Strong background in green finance protocols, data-driven sustainability frameworks, and blockchain-based verification models.

Expertise in designing digital platforms integrating carbon markets, sustainability indices, and responsible investment algorithms.

Advanced degree in Sustainable Finance, Data Science, or Fintech Management.
