Position Overview
Qatar’s fintech trajectory is increasingly shaped by sustainability, green finance, and responsible innovation. The Global Head of Sustainable Fintech & ESG-Driven Financial Innovation will establish frameworks that embed environmental, social, and governance intelligence into digital finance ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Design ESG-integrated digital finance frameworks that quantify sustainability metrics within fintech platforms.

Develop green digital asset solutions, including carbon-linked tokens, sustainability bonds, and impact investment platforms.

Lead the integration of AI-based ESG analytics into wealth management, credit scoring, and capital allocation models.

Oversee compliance with global sustainability disclosure standards and Qatar’s green finance regulations.

Partner with institutional investors, fintech startups, and regulatory bodies to align digital innovation with environmental responsibility.
Core Qualifications

12+ years in fintech strategy, sustainable finance, or ESG analytics leadership.

Deep expertise in green digital assets, ESG data intelligence, and ethical fintech governance.

Strong grasp of GCC sustainability policies and international ESG frameworks (TCFD, ISSB, SFDR).

Master’s or Doctorate in Sustainable Finance, Digital Economics, or Environmental Analytics.

This position establishes Qatar as a pioneering hub for sustainable fintech innovation, driving the integration of ethical finance, digital transformation, and global ESG alignment within the GCC’s emerging fintech ecosystem.
