Role Overview
The UAE is driving global benchmarks in open banking and embedded finance. This appointment will position the Head of Embedded Finance & Open API Ecosystems as the architect of next-generation financial connectivity platforms. The role emphasizes building BaaS infrastructures, API marketplaces, and multi-sector fintech integrations for financial inclusion and global scalability.
Key Responsibilities

Direct design of API-driven ecosystems enabling fintech–bank–merchant integrations.

Lead open finance frameworks, ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and PSD2-inspired standards.

Oversee deployment of real-time data-sharing infrastructures for credit, insurance, and investment products.

Establish governance for fintech–retail–corporate interoperability via API marketplaces.

Shape global strategic partnerships with PSPs, cloud providers, and API aggregators.
Candidate Profile

10–15 years of experience in fintech platforms, open banking, or embedded finance ecosystems.

Deep expertise in API design, microservices orchestration, and multi-tenant cloud infrastructure.

Strategic understanding of data privacy regimes, consumer consent frameworks, and real-time analytics.

Demonstrated leadership across remote-first technical and business development teams.
